Courteous kept me informed on the oil change I like the automated notifications of status
Cup holder in center console pulled out. Dash cam mount missing. Also Charged for a new battery because my battery was bad. Brought home my old battery and it showed 13.6v.
they told my lifters in cylinder 2 was bad and quoted me a crazy amount to fix it so I got all the parts I need to delete the dod system in my truck 2300$ and I got the lifters out and there perfectly fine nothing wrong with them at all they didn't diagnose my truck at all they just guessed and quoted me what ever would make them the most money bunch of scamers I have pics of everything the engine bay completely untouched when I got it back the perfectly fine lifters and cam and when I figure out ... Well they told me they serviced the truck. It wasn’t serviced. The tires were completely bald. Should’ve never been inspected. just don’t like being lied to.
They kept me informed of what they were doing the whole time I was there. Great service.

Took my truck in for warranty work on aug 3rd and told the service guy what was wrong. The truck was needing the batteries replaced (diesels take 2 battery’s). The service manager then proceeds to tell me that it would be a week before they could get to it. So I had to jump a 2 year old under warranty truck off for a week Strike 1.
